Thank you, Bryant, Brandon and Justin from Environmental Contractors. They arrived Friday evening, 2 & 1/2 hours after I made the appointment, which is awesome. Bryant determined my A/C was dirty, and the rotor and coil needed cleaning. Bryant and Justin came back Saturday morning 9 AM to do the job. Our ac unit was blowing hot air on Sunday evening so I left a message for Environmental Contractors that night. I got a call at 8:00 am. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She told me that someone would be out between 11 and 1. I got a text at 9:15 that John was 15 min away. By 9:45 replaced the capacitor and the ac was up and working. John checked everything on the unit to make sure there were no other problems. John was professional and took the time to explain what he did. He was very professional . My central air went out this afternoon and Justin was here within an hour. He explained everything thoroughly and got it back up and running. I thought I was going to need a new unit but thanks to his valuable knowledge I know have comfort knowing that my AC should be good for many more years. Great fast service and a great technician !
